Michigan Ave.
So no one really wants to shop on Michigan Ave. But the people watching is great. How about telling people to grab candy or something and sit at the water tower building. The piece could even describe "types" to look out for. Also, here's a little quirky fact: In May of 1969, during the year of its centennial anniversary, the Chicago Water Tower was selected by the American Water Works Association to be the first American Water Landmark. Is there a second American Water Landmark? Sorry. Just thought that was funny.
